In order to further promote the construction and development of off-campus practice teaching bases for college students and strengthen the relationship between schools and enterprises, on the afternoon of December 16, all members of the General Manager’s Office of our company met Zhou Yueyun, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Automation, Foshan University of Science and Technology , Dean Lu Qinghua, Vice Dean Liu Jun and Vice Dean Zhu Wenbo visited and exchanged.

At the symposium, Zhou Yueyun, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Automation, Foshan University of Science and Technology, Lu Qinghua, Vice President Liu Jun, and Vice President Zhu Wenbo spoke successively. The two parties had in-depth conversations on topics such as current corporate talent needs and student employment prospects. An all-round survey was conducted on the nature of the interns' work and the growth and development plan of the internship. Party Secretary Zhou Yueyun mentioned that in recent years, the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Automation of Foshan University of Science and Technology has adhered to the guidance of Xi Jinping’s new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, placing education in a more important position, and high-quality development of higher education has become a trend. Wang Fuli, general manager of Guangdong Foster, briefly introduced the basic situation of the company, emphasized the benefits of student employment skills training for students and the development of enterprises, and exchanged views on issues such as talent training and corporate training needs.

Later, under the leadership of Vice Dean Zhu Wenbo, he visited the park environment such as office buildings, teaching buildings, laboratories, etc., and visited the student experimental labor results in school laboratories, and learned about the school's development history, talent training, and discipline construction.

During the visit, Vice Dean Zhu Wenbo said that on the one hand, the School of Mechatronics Engineering and Automation has established an experimental teaching base platform to cultivate and exercise students’ innovative design and practical skills. On the other hand, through the support of professional teachers and Guidance has stimulated the subjective initiative of students' independent innovation, which is also the focus and purpose of the school's undergraduate education and teaching work.

Through this visit and investigation, Guangdong Foster has a comprehensive understanding of the college’s teaching environment and teaching philosophy, and has further consolidated the important role of the previous off-campus practice base platform for college students. The two sides of the school and the enterprise are in personnel training, school-enterprise cooperation, student internship and employment, etc. A consensus has been reached, opening a new situation of school-enterprise cooperation and win-win!
