Retrofit measures for pressure instability and insufficient gas volume in compressed air piping systems
When meet this problem, how should we solve them?
(1) Redesign the compressed air line. In the transformation, the entire pipe network system is designed as a three-stage ring pipe network. The first level, the main line surrounds the entire plant; the second level is divided into three parts according to the plant area, each part forms a secondary loop; the third stage, each used gas point is taken by the second loop near the point. . In this way, two-way air supply can be obtained at any position. If a certain amount of air consumption suddenly increases, it can be quickly replenished to reduce pressure fluctuations.
(2) Configure appropriate valves on the annular main line to facilitate regulation and overhaul. Install a pressure reducing valve at a point where the gas consumption is large and the pressure is not high, reducing the impact on the system.
(3) Re-select the pipe diameter of each pipeline while shortening the stroke of the compressed air pipeline, and reduce the sudden change of the elbow and the pipe diameter, thereby reducing the pressure loss.
(4) In addition to the gas storage tank of the original compressed air station, a gas storage tank is installed in each secondary pipeline system to ensure stable pipeline pressure and reduce the number of loading or unloading of the compressor unit.
